DocDrawer ships changes daily on a rolling basis (no scheduled downtime windows). Maintenance that requires a brief pause — typically database migrations on tables under heavy write — is announced here at least 24 hours in advance.
DocDrawer is small enough that this status page is hand-maintained today, not driven by automated probes. When an incident affects customers we update the banner and add an entry under Recent incidents within minutes of identifying it. Resolution time and a short retrospective land on the same entry when the incident closes.
We're being honest about the limit: a fully automated status feed (live uptime checks per component, RSS, email subscriptions) is on the roadmap and will move to Instatus or similar when customer demand justifies it.
